Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, (It has been narrated) from Al-Halby, from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who emancipated his concubine. Is it correct for him that he marries her without a waiting period?’ Heasws said: ‘Yes’. I said, ‘Supposing he changes it?’ Heasws said: ‘No, until she observes a waiting period of three months’.
