سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلَيْنِ بَيْنَهُمَا أَمَةٌ فَزَوَّجَاهَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ اشْتَرَى بَعْضَ السَّهْمَيْنِ فَقَالَ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Al Abbas Bin Marouf, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad, from Zur’at, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about two men between them was a slave girl. So they both got her married to a man. Then the man bought part of the two shares. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘She would be Prohibited unto him’.
