الْوَلَدِ مِنَ الْحُرِّ وَ الْمَمْلُوكَةِ قَالَ يَذْهَبُ إِلَى الْحُرِّ مِنْهُمَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, and Al Hakam Bin Miskeen, from Jameel, and Ibn Bukeyr, ‘With regards to the child from the free man and the slave woman, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would go to the free one from them’.
