مَنْ أَتَى أَهْلَهُ فِي مُحَاقِ الشَّهْرِ فَلْيُسَلِّمْ لِسِقْطِ الْوَلَدِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Bakr Bin Salih, from Suleyman Bin Ja’far Al Ja’fary, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one whom comes to his wife during the obliteration (of the moon at the end of) the month, so he would not be safe from the miscarriage of the child’.
