سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ النِّسَاءِ يَجْعَلْنَ فِي رُءُوسِهِنَّ الْقَرَامِلَ قَالَ يَصْلُحُ الصُّوفُ وَ مَا كَانَ مِنْ شَعْرِ امْرَأَةٍ نَفْسِهَا وَ كَرِهَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقَرَامِلَ مِنْ شَعْرِ غَيْرِهَا فَإِنْ وَصَلَتْ شَعْرَهَا بِصُوْفٍ أَوْ بِشَعْرِ نَفْسِهَا فَلَا يَضُرُّهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Sabit Bin Abu Saeed who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the women who were making loops and knots in their heads. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The wool is correct and whatever was from the hair of the woman herself, and it is dislike for the woman that she makes the loops from the hair of someone else. So if she were to join her hair with wool, or with her own hair, so it is not harmful’.
