قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا زَنَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا لِأَنَّ الْحَدَثَ كَانَ مِنْ قِبَلِهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘With regards to the woman when she commits adultery before the man has slept with her, so a separation would be effected between the two of them, and there would be no dower for her because the incident was from her’.
