میں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں پوچھا: 'مخلقة اور غیر مخلقة' [۲۲:۵]۔ آپ نے فرمایا: 'مخلقة وہ ذرے ہیں جنہیں اللہ نے آدم علیہ السلام کے صلب میں پیدا کیا، ان سے میثاق لیا، پھر انہیں مردوں کے اصلاب اور عورتوں کے ارحام میں جاری کیا، اور یہ وہ ہیں جو دنیا میں آتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ میثاق کے بارے میں ان سے سوال کیا جائے۔ اور جہاں تک اس کے قول غیر مخلقة کا تعلق ہے، تو یہ ہر وہ نفس ہے جسے اللہ نے آدم علیہ السلام کے صلب میں اس وقت پیدا نہیں کیا جب ذروں کو پیدا کیا اور ان سے میثاق لیا۔ یہ عزل کے نطفے اور روح، حیات اور بقاء پھونکے جانے سے پہلے کا اسقاط ہیں۔'

Translation

Muhammad Bin yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, both together from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Muhammad Bin Al Noman, from Sallam Bin Al Mustaneer who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far^asws about the Words of Allah^azwj Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:22#h5"><a href="/books/quran:22#h5">[22:5]</a></a> formed and unformed</span>. So he^asws said: ‘The formed, they are the particles which Allah^azwj Created in the ribs of Adam^as, Taking the Covenant against them. Then He^azwj Make these flow in the ribs of the men and the wombs of the women, and they are the ones who are coming out into the world, until they would be Questioned about the Covenant. And as for His^azwj Words, <span class="ibTxt">and unformed</span>, so they are persons whom Allah^azwj did not create them in the ribs of Adam^as when He^azwj Created the particles and Took the Covenant against them, and they are the sperms from the discharge, and the miscarriages before the Spirit is Blown into it, and the life and the remaining’.
