الْغُلَامُ يَلْعَبُ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ وَ يَتَعَلَّمُ الْكِتَابَ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ وَ يَتَعَلَّمُ الْحَلَالَ وَ الْحَرَامَ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al Aasimy, from Ali Bin Al Hassan, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from his uncle Yaqoub Bin Saalim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The boy plays for seven years, and he learns the Book (Quran) for seven years, and learns the Permissible and the Prohibitions for seven years’.
