. وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَوْ وَلِيتُ النَّاسَ لَأَعْلَمْتُهُمْ كَيْفَ يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ أَنْ يُطَلِّقُوا ثُمَّ لَمْ أُوتَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ خَالَفَ إِلَّا وَ أَوْجَعْتُ ظَهْرَهُ وَ مَنْ طَلَّقَ عَلَى غَيْرِ السُّنَّةِ رُدَّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ .
اردو
اور اس سے، عبد اللہ بن جبلہ سے، ابو المغراء سے، سماعۃ سے، ابو بصیر سے، ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: اگر میں لوگوں کا والی ہوتا تو انہیں ضرور سکھاتا کہ انہیں کس طرح طلاق دینی چاہیے۔ پھر کوئی ایسا آدمی میرے پاس نہ لایا جاتا جس نے (اس حکم کی) مخالفت کی ہو مگر یہ کہ میں اس کی پشت پر تکلیف دیتا۔ اور جو کوئی سنت کے خلاف طلاق دے اسے اللہ عزوجل کی کتاب کی طرف لوٹایا جائے گا، خواہ اس کی ناک رگڑنی پڑے۔
Translation
He (the narrator) said, ‘And it was narrated to me with this Hadeeth by Al-Maysami, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, from one of his men, guessing it was Al-Maysami, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>’. And from him, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Abu Al Magra, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘If I<sup>asws</sup> were taken as a <span class="iTxt">Wali</span> (guardian to) the people, I<sup>asws</sup> would teach them how it is befitting for them that they should be divorcing. Then they would not come to me with a man who had opposed, except I<sup>asws</sup> would inflict pain upon his back; and the one who divorces upon other than the Sunnah, I<sup>asws</sup> would return him to the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, even if I<sup>asws</sup> have to force his nose’.
