مَنْ طَلَّقَ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Ismail Bin Bazie, from Muhammad Bin Al Fuzayl, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kinany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who divorces without witnesses, so it is not with anything’.
