ا لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَرَادَ الطَّلَاقَ .

محمد بن یحیی نے احمد بن محمد، ابن فضّال، ابن بکیر، زرارہ اور الیسع کے واسطے سے ابو عبداللہ (ع) سے اور عبدالواحد بن المختار نے ابو جعفر (ع) سے نقل کیا کہ دونوں نے فرمایا: طلاق صرف اس شخص کی ہوتی ہے جس نے طلاق کا ارادہ کیا ہو۔

<span style="font-size: small">Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Zurara, from Al Yas’a, from Abu Abdullah</span><sup>asws</sup><span style="font-size: small">, and from Abdul Wahid Bin Al Mukhtar, </span> (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, both of them<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no divorce except for the one who intended the divorce’.
