Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws having said: ‘Two men should bear witness when there is a divorce and when there is a reversion. If he is ignorant (of it), so he copulates with her, so let him keep witnesses now upon what he has done, and she is his wife. So if he had not kept witnesses when he divorced her, so his divorce is nothing’.
