إِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ لَا يَكُونُ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ وَ إِنَّ الرَّجْعَةَ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ رَجْعَةٌ وَ لَكِنْ لَيُشْهِدُ بَعْدُ فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from urara, and Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The divorce does not happen without witnesses, and the reversion without witnesses is a (valid) reversion, but let him keep witnesses afterwards, for it is preferable’.
