Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Hajjaj Al Khashab who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who was on a journey. So when he entered the city, he came over with two witnesses, and when he faced his wife at the door, made them bear witness upon him divorcing her. Heasws said: ‘A divorce did not occur by it’.
