خَمْسٌ يُطَلِّقُهُنَّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ الْحَامِلُ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الْغَائِبُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْحَيْضِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from Ismail Al Ju’fy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There are five whom the man can divorce upon every state – The pregnant, and the one whom her husband had not slept with, and the absentee from her husband, and the one who does not menstruate, and the one who has despaired from the menstruation (menopause)’.
