طَلَاقُ الْحَامِلِ وَاحِدَةٌ فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Jameel, from Ismail Al Ju’fy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is once. So when she places what is in her belly, so she has been irrevocably divorced from him’.
