قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) طَلَاقُ الْحُبْلَى وَاحِدَةٌ وَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, and Abu Al Abbas Al Razzaz, from Ayoub Bin Nuh, both together from Safwan, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Divorce of the pregnant woman is once, and her term is that she places her load (gives birth), and it is the closest of the two terms (three menstruations or giving birth)’.
