إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ وَ هِيَ حَامِلٌ فَأَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ إِنْ وَضَعَتْ مِنْ سَاعَتِهَا .
Translation
And from him, from Safwan, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the woman is divorced and she is pregnant, so her term is that she places her load (gives birth), even if she were to places it within an hour’.
