إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهَا بَانَتْ بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5th or 6th Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘When the woman is divorced, the one whose marriage has not been consummated, she is irrevocably divorced with the one divorce’.
