Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Abdul Kareem, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man when he divorces his wife, and without consummating his marriage. So heasws said: ‘She is irrevocably divorced from him and she can re-marry if she so desire to from that very moment’.
