الْحَامِلُ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَتَّى تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The pregnant woman, her term is that she places her load (gives birth), and upon him is her expenses which are reasonable until she places her load (gives birth)’.
