الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَ تَحْتَهُ امْرَأَةٌ وَ هُوَ غَائِبٌ قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ مِنْ يَوْمِ يَبْلُغُهَا وَفَاتُهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5th or 6th Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding the man who dies and under him (married to him) is a woman, and he is absent. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘She should observe the waiting period from the day (the news) of his death reaches her’.
