الَّتِي يَمُوتُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ هُوَ غَائِبٌ فَعِدَّتُهَا مِنْ يَوْمِ يَبْلُغُهَا إِنْ قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ أَوْ لَمْ تَقُمْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Muhammad Bin Al Fuzayl, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kinany, (It has been narrated) from Abdu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The woman from whom her husband dies and he is absent, so her waiting period is from the day (the news) reaches her, whether the proof is established or not established’.
