John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا أَ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا قَالَ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَ تَحُجُّ وَ تَنْتَقِلُ مِنْ مَنْزِلٍ إِلَى مَنْزِلٍ .


Translation

Humeyd, from Ibn Sama’at, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Ibn Bukeyr,f rom Ubeyd Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the woman widowed from her husband, can she go out from the house of her husband?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘She can go out from the house of her husband, and perform Hajj, and transfer from a house to a house’.
