إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ قَدْ دَخَلَ بِهَا وَ قَدْ فَرَضَ لَهَا مَهْراً فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا فَرَضَ لَهَا وَ لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَ عَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘If she did not happen to have been slept with, and the dower was obligated for her, so for her is half of what had been obligated for her, and for her is the inheritance, and upon her is the waiting period’.
