رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هُوَ مَرِيضٌ قَالَ إِنْ مَاتَ فِي مَرَضِهِ وَ لَمْ تَتَزَوَّجْ وَرِثَتْهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ قَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فَقَدْ رَضِيَتْ بِالَّذِي صَنَعَ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, and Al Razzaz, from Ayoub Bin Nuh, and Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan and Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, all of them from Safwan, from Abdul Rahman Bin Hajjaj, from the one who narrated it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who divorces his wife and he is sick. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If her were to die in his illness and she has not re-married, she would inherit him, but if she has re-married, so she has accepted with that which has been done. There would be no inheritance for her’.
