لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْمَرِيضِ وَ يَجُوزُ نِكَاحُهُ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn sama’at, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The divorce of the sick (man) is not allowed, but his marriage is allowed’.
