فِي الْمُؤْلِي إِذَا أَبَى أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ قَالَ كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) يَجْعَلُ لَهُ حَظِيرَةً مِنْ قَصَبٍ وَ يَحْبِسُهُ فِيهَا وَ يَمْنَعُهُ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ وَ الشَّرَابِ حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Hammad Bin Usman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding the one who solemn oath when he refuses to divorce: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> had made an enclosure from canes, and imprisoned him in it, and prevented him from the food and the drink until he divorces’.
