الْمُؤْلِي إِمَّا أَنْ يَفِيءَ أَوْ يُطَلِّقَ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ وَ إِلَّا ضُرِبَتْ عُنُقُهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Khalaf Bin Hammad, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the solemn oather, either he meets (reconciles) or he divorces. So if he does it, or else his neck is struck’.
