كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا أَبَى الْمُؤْلِي أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ جَعَلَ لَهُ حَظِيرَةً مِنْ قَصَبٍ وَ أَعْطَاهُ رُبُعَ قُوتِهِ حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Hamdan Al Qalanasy, from Is’haq Bin Bunan, from Ibn Baqqah, from Giyas Bin Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, when the solemn oather refused to divorce, he<sup>asws</sup> made an enclosure from cane, and gave him a quarter of his provision until he divorces’.
