Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hafs Bin Al Bakhtary, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘When the man is angered over his wife, so he does not go near her from without an oath for four months, so he would be disciplined over it. So either he meets (reconciles) or he divorces. So if he neglects her from other than anger, or an oath, so it is not a solemn oath’.
