قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يُؤْلِي مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ لَا يَقَعُ الْإِيلَاءُ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ بِهَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Abdul Kareem, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man solemnly oath from his wife before he slept with her’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The solemn oath does not occur until he sleeps with her’.
