لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا يَكُونُ مُؤْلِياً حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ بِهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibn Azina who said, ‘I have no knowledge of it except from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘He does not happen to be a solemn oather until he sleeps with her’.
