قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) رَجُلٌ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ أَنْتِ عَلَيَّ حَرَامٌ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ وَ لَا طَلَاقٌ .
Translation
Humeyd, from Ibn Sama’at, from Safwan, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘A man says to his wife, ‘You are prohibited unto me’’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no expiation upon him, nor a divorce’.
