الْمُبَارِئَةُ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا دُونَ الصَّدَاقِ وَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةُ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا مَا شَاءَ أَوْ مَا تَرَاضَيَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ صَدَاقٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ وَ إِنَّمَا صَارَتِ الْمُبَارِئَةُ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا دُونَ الْمَهْرِ وَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةُ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا مَا شَاءَ لِأَنَّ الْمُخْتَلِعَةَ تَعْتَدِي فِي الْكَلَامِ وَ تَكَلَّمُ بِمَا لَا يَحِلُّ لَهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Mubaraat</span> – he takes from her less than the dower, and the woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span>, he takes from her whatever he so desires to, or what she is pleased over it, from a dower or more. But rather, <span class="iTxt">Al-Mubaraat</span> became such that he takes from her less than the dower, and the <span class="iTxt">Khul’a</span> he takes from her whatever he so desires to, because the woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span> exceeded in the speech and she spoke with what is not permissible for her’.
