رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ خَرْسَاءُ قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, and Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who slandered his wife, and she was mute’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There would be separation between them’.
