امْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ هُوَ أَصَمُّ قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَهُ وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
Translation
From him, from Al Hassan, from one of his companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a woman whose husband slandered her, and he was deaf. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There would be separation between her and him, and she would not be Permissible for him, ever’.
