الْمَرْأَةِ الْخَرْسَاءِ كَيْفَ يُلَاعِنُهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Abu Jameela, from Muhammad Bin Marwan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the mute woman, how would her husband curse her. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There would be separation between the two and she would not be Permissible for him, ever’.
