لَا يَكُونُ اللِّعَانُ حَتَّى يَزْعُمَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ عَايَنَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Washa, from Aban, from a man, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The cursing does not happen until her claims that he has seen it’.
