عِدَّةُ الْأَمَةِ حَيْضَتَانِ وَ قَالَ إِذَا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَحِيضُ فَنِصْفُ عِدَّةِ الْحُرَّةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, and someone else, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat Bin Ayoub, from Al Qasim Bin Bureyd, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A waiting period of the slave girls is of two menstruations’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When she does not happen to be menstruating, so half a waiting period of the free woman’.
