قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي أَمَةٍ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَجَلَدَهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding a slave girl whose husband had divorced her with two divorces, then had copulated with her, so he<sup>asws</sup> had him whipped’.
