لَا يَجُوزُ عِتْقُ السَّكْرَانِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Ibn Rabat and Al Husayn Bin Hashim, and Safwan altogether, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘An emancipation by the intoxicated is not allowed’.
