فِي امْرَأَةٍ أَعْتَقَتْ رَجُلًا لِمَنْ وَلَاؤُهُ وَ لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Muhammad Bin Al Fazeyl, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kinany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding a woman who emancipated a man. For whom is his guardianship, and for whom is his inheritance?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For the one who emancipated him, except if there happens to be an inheritor for him apart from her’.
