لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِنْ كَانَ حَيّاً أَنْ يَأْخُذَهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Amro Bin Usman, from Al Mufazzal Bin Salih, from Zayd Al Shahaam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having been asked about hunting the fish, and if he has not Named (<span class="iTxt">Bismillah</span>) over it. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it, if it was alive and he seizes it’.
