سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمَجُوسِيِّ لِلسَّمَكِ حِينَ يَضْرِبُونَ بِالشَّبَكِ وَ لَا يُسَمُّونَ وَ كَذَلِكَ الْيَهُودِيُّ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ إِنَّمَا صَيْدُ الْحِيتَانِ أَخْذُهَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about hunting of the Magians for the fish when they catch it by the net, and they are not Naming (<span class="iTxt">Bismillah</span>), and similar to that are the Jews. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem. But rather, hunting the fishes it seizing it’.
