ان سے ایسے ذبیحہ کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جو قبلہ کے علاوہ کسی طرف ذبح کیا جائے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: 'کوئی حرج نہیں، جب تک جان بوجھ کر نہ کیا گیا ہو۔' اور اس شخص کے بارے میں جو ذبح کرتا ہے پھر بسم اللہ کہنا بھول جاتا ہے — کیا اس کا ذبیحہ کھایا جا سکتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: 'ہاں، اگر وہ مشتبہ نہ ہو، اور اس سے پہلے ذبح کرنے میں مہارت رکھتا ہو، اور نخاع نہ کاٹے، اور گردن نہ توڑے جب تک ذبیحہ ٹھنڈا نہ ہو جائے۔'

Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws, said, ‘He^asws was asked about the slaughtered animal slaughtered towards other than the Qiblah. He^asws said: ‘There is no problem when it was not deliberate’. And about the man who slaughtered, so he forgot to Name (<span class="iTxt">Bismillah</span>), can one eat his slaughter?’ So he^asws said: ‘Yes, when he was not accused, and was good at the slaughtering before that, and did not flip it over, and did not break the neck until the slaughtered animal was cold’.
