إِذَا اكْتَهَلَ الرَّجُلُ فَلَا يَدَعُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ بِاللَّيْلِ شَيْئاً فَإِنَّهُ أَهْدَى لِلنَّوْمِ وَ أَطْيَبُ لِلنَّكْهَةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Saeed Bin Janah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man is middle-aged so he should not leave eating something at night, for it is a gift for the sleep, and more aromatic for the breath’.
