سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا خَيْرَ لِمَنْ دَخَلَ فِي السِّنِّ أَنْ يَبِيتَ خَفِيفاً بَلْ يَبِيتُ مُمْتَلِياً خَيْرٌ لَهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Hammad Bin Usman, from Al Waleed Bin sabeeh who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘It is not good for the one who enters in the old age that he sleeps light, but he should sleep filled up, it is better for him’.
