طَعَامُ اللَّيْلِ أَنْفَعُ مِنْ طَعَامِ النَّهَارِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Al Hajjal, from sa’alba, from a man who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A meal of the night is more beneficial than a meal of the day’.
