John Shaqi

أَمَرَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) بِلَحْمٍ فَبُرِّدَ ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَنِي أَشْتَهِيهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ النِّعْمَةُ فِي الْعَافِيَةِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ النِّعْمَةِ عَلَى الْقُدْرَةِ .


Translation

A number of our companion, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed, from Ismail Al Madainy, from Abdullah Bin Bukeyr, from a man who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> ordered with the meat, but it got cold. Then they came with it from afterwards. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Praise is for Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Whom Made me desire it’. Then he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Bounty during the good health is better than the Bounty upon the measured (constraint)’.
